Mark,

My friend who imports the tea had to do similarly detailed experiments to
find the optimum temperature and brew-time (as it's known technically). Due
to the tea's Eastern origins, he found that warming that water first in a
Buddhist monk's arse-crack reduced bitterness by 1.7%.

However, not knowing many Buddhist monks in the Kingsmead business park, I
propose that you try the same with someone wearing an orange jumper who has
a lack of hair.
